LOCATION
Two wooden buildings in the front serve for our "Community School of Hope" - a free English teaching school for more than 70 local kids.
A building next to the house of our family, is used for community workshops, to produce and sell products from recycled material, e.g. aprons from cement bags. Here our rooms with own bathrooms are located.
In the back several bamboo huts serve as food and recreation area. Here you will find four rooms with shared bathrooms.

Our homestay is located on our farm and will amaze you with its spacious and lush garden in which our free range chicken and our friendly dogs live. Kids are welcome to play football, run about and explore our great outdoors.
Our neighbors have a small pool and are happy to share it with you. The villagers play volleyball and you are always welcome for a match.
Doesn’t it sound better to you to stay at our homestay, than having to choose from the “best food” in the crowded pub street of Siem Reap or eating ordinary food from the buffet of a normal hotel?

My name is Chheak Kourn. I am a father of three boys, a husband to my lovely wife Channy, professional tour guide and a English teacher.
I have lived in Siem Reap my entire life and have started the “Community School of Hope” in 2014. The school teaches around 70 local children between the ages of 5 and 17 English with no cost for them. We have founded our homestay to be able to finance our school sustainably and break the circle of poverty for the kids. 20% of your bill will directly go to the school.
